Understanding Cost

If you haven’t taken a test yet and are curious about costs, use our cost estimator. There’s no charge to use it and you’ll get an immediate estimate for most tests we offer based on your specific insurance plan (so have your policy number handy).

If you have taken a test and have questions about your bill, please contact our customer service department.

For MaterniT® 21 PLUS and MaterniT® GENOME, please call 877.821.7266.

For all other tests, call 888.210.9264.

Paying My Bill

It is important to have your laboratory bill available. You will need the Invoice # (Factura) from your bill to make online payments or update your billing information. For help understanding your Labcorp bill, view a sample bill.

Patients may be responsible for some or all of the costs associated with laboratory testing. We offer a variety of ways to pay for these services. Labcorp offers programs to assist those patients who have true financial needs, including

  • Patient-specific payment plans
  • Special payment plans for financial hardship
  • Indigent request from physician/facility
  • LabAccess Partnership program
